No matter what you choose to do in life and what brings you the most joy, health is a determining factor of your happiness and the quality of your life.

What is Health?

To the contrary belief, health is not simply an absence of illness. 

​

I believe that being healthy is actually thriving. Not just surviving, and going through life by living how you "think" you should be living: by following someone else’s blueprint, somebody else’s body standards, culture, and social norms and expectations of you. 

 

It is so easy to lose control, get your mind hijacked, and forget who you really are. When we forget who we are and what our values and goals are, we start to disintegrate from within, by looking for quick satisfactions that are outside ourselves, usually falling into destructive patterns, like food, alcohol, toxic relationships, jobs that we hate, excessive consumption of media and other ill-served habits.

 

And with all that, there is so little time and energy left for connecting with the most important person - yourself. 

 

Time is so precious and we shouldn’t spend it on something that doesn’t bring us the best emotions, makes us feel the best, and nurture our soul and body.

 

Life is too short not to be the best version of yourself, live in the best body you could have, and live the life you truly want. 

 

I’m making this choice and I hope you will join me on this journey. Afterall health is a vehicle that will ultimately get you to where you want to go.

Health Coach is the person who helps you reach your full potential and optimal health by raising awareness, identifying patterns, shifting limiting beliefs and mindset, and offering ongoing support.

Empower you to build and continually adapt unique wellness lifestyles.

View health holistically and support you with a variety of lifestyle habits.

Take a more preventive approach - help you make connections between issues and obstacles.

Meet you where you are.

Coach you during the ongoing process of transformation.

Coach you on how to make lifestyle shifts that you can adapt based on what’s working or not working at the time.

Provide accountability and support throughout the process.

Sustainable wellness strategies that increase overall quality of life long-term.

Approach wellness as a lifestyle, not a short-term solution.

Holistic and integrative approach.

Without a question food has an enormous influence on our wellbeing.

However you can eat all the healthy foods in the world and exercise each day, but if there are some other important components lacking in your life, and you experience stress and un-satisfaction - it will reflect on your health and decisions you make.

We are all different, and what fits one person wouldn’t necessary fit another.

 

There is no one ultimate diet or way of eating or living that fits everyone else.

I will help you to find what works for you.

Accountability

Support is essential in any journey.

 

It can be hard to implement new habits, learn to listen to yourself.
